(1) In accordance with subsection (1) of section 30 of the Act, the serial number of the ballot paper must be mentioned in a consecutive manner.
(2) In each polling station, only the ballots according to the serial number determined by the Commission for that polling station shall be used.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), if re-voting is required at any polling station, the election officer may, with the approval of the Commission, determine the other serial numbers of ballot papers remaining with the election officer and provide them to the polling officer. The Election Officer shall keep one copy of the details of the ballot paper provided in that way.
